PT 25 Anniversary PPTQ Information

With the close of the sanctioning window, the new season of Preliminary Pro Tour Qualifier (PPTQ) available starting from 20 January 2018 to 15 April 2018 have been sanctioned. Format will be inclusive of Rivals of Ixalan, which will be released on 19 January.
